Week Trips

While completely different in many ways, all Milk Street trips share certain important qualities: They are for travelers, not tourists. People who want to learn deeply about one place, move at a slower pace and get off the beaten track. Each trip features the best of Milk Street and our partners at Culinary Backstreets and are limited to 12 people max—and some have fewer. You’ll visit farms, bakeries and markets with Culinary Backstreets’ expert local guides (many of whom Milk Street has tapped for our own research trips), take hands-on cooking classes with Milk Street’s global roster of teachers and friends and drink and eat at the restaurants and bars Christopher Kimball picked out just for you.

What you won’t do is shuffle around tourist sites, rush from destination to destination or spend hours on a stuffy bus viewing the world through a window. You will cook, eat, travel, learn and eat some more. Join us.
