
Steamed Whole Cauliflower with Mustard, Parsley and Feta

This recipe is the continuation of Steamed Whole Cauliflower.
Pour ½ cup water into a 6-quart Instant Pot. In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, oil, garlic, honey and 1 teaspoon salt.
Place the cauliflower on a steam rack with handles, then brush with the mustard mixture. Lower the rack with the cauliflower into the pot and cook as directed.
After transferring to the platter, sprinkle with parsley and feta.
