
Steamed Whole Cauliflower with Miso and Honey
This recipe is the continuation of Steamed Whole Cauliflower.
Pour ½ cup water into a 6-quart Instant Pot. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso, vinegar, honey and ¼ teaspoon white pepper.
Place the cauliflower on a steam rack with handles, then brush with the miso mixture. Lower the rack with the cauliflower into the pot and cook as directed.
After transferring to the platter, sprinkle with cilantro and/or pistachios.
