Tandoor Naan Stamp (Naan Sancha)

A naan sancha is a sturdy metal stamp used to make a particular type of naan (Roghni Naan) in Pakistan. Its honeycomb-like pattern of holes leaves a matching pattern on the surface of the naan, providing plenty of nooks and crannies for the finishing brush of ghee to melt into.
