At the 117-year-old kitchenware store KAMA-ASA, in Tokyo, Matt and Chris got a lesson in using a whetstone from Jeremy Escudero.
The shop is located in the “kitchenware district" of Kappabashi, which once catered exclusively to professional chefs but now also draws enthusiastic home cooks.
