Historic Pickle Shop in Istanbul (Petek Turşuları)

Located in Istanbul's Balık Pazarı (a bustling historic fish market), Petek Turşuları is a pickle shop that sells a vast array of pickled seasonal vegetables and fruits. The walls are lined with glass jars filled with everything from tomatoes to olives, and there are large buckets on the sales floor and behind the counter for bulk sales (and tasting opportunities).
