Cabbage and Beer at the Y Market (Nagoya, Japan)

"Every time I go to Nagoya, my first stop is Y Market Brewing for this cabbage, a beer, and their eel fish and chips," says Creative Director Matt Card. Listed on the menu as “Creamy anchovy cabbage,” it’s a huge sizzle tray of molten cabbage dressed with a fishy, sweet, umami-bomb butter and a dusting of Parmesan.
