Ingredients

    cup green olives, chopped and pitted

  • ¼

    cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped

  • ¼

    cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped

  • 1

    tablespoon capers, drained and rinsed

  • 1

    garlic clove, finely grated

  • ¼

    teaspoon red pepper flakes

In a medium bowl, stir together the olives, roasted red peppers, parsley, capers, garlic, red pepper flakes and red wine vinegar.

Let stand for 15 minutes.
