Garlic-Herb Butter

    tablespoons salted butter

  • 1

    garlic clove, grated

  • 2

    tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped

  • 1

    tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped

  • 1

    tablespoon fresh cilantro, tarragon or basil, finely chopped

  • Kosher salt

Combine the butter and garlic in a small saucepan over medium. Cook, stirring, until the garlic is just beginning to color, about 30 seconds.

Off heat, add the flat-leaf parsley, dill, cilantro, tarragon or basil, and a pinch of salt.
