    cup lightly packed flat-leaf parsley leaves

    tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

  • 2

    teaspoons grated lemon zest

  • 1

    large garlic clove

  • 1

    teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1

    teaspoon sweet paprika

  • ½

    teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½

    teaspoon ground cardamom

  • ¼

    teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

    tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

In a food processor, combine all ingredients but the olive oil. Process until finely ground, about 20 seconds. Scrape down the bowl, add the oil, then process until incorporated, about 10 seconds.
