Lior Lev Sercarz is a master of using spices in novel ways. So we asked the chef and owner of La Boîte spice shop in New York City to create a few blends to season the yogurt we paired with our macerated plums.

Ingredients

    cup Greek-style yogurt

  • 2

    teaspoons light brown sugar

  • ¼

    teaspoon ground cardamom

  • ¼

    teaspoon cinnamon

  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix the yogurt and spices. Serve with our rosé soaked plums.
