When to Freeze Pizza Dough for Later Use

Asked Feb 03, 2021 by Patrick G.

We have made the pizza dough many times now and love it!!! Just wondering at what point in time could you freeze the dough? I would like to make triple batches and keep some in the freezer for using later.

Thanks for the advise. I made a batch then let it ferment for 72 hours in the fridge then sealed the dough in plastic bags and froze it. Thawed them the following week in the fridge then followed the warm up. Turned out great. So nice to have the dough on hand for easy meals during the week.
