I believe I saw Matthew Card making a Szechuan Pepper recipe with beef chunks but can't find the exact recipe. Anyone remember the exact title for this?

This looks great. The recipe was more stew like with chunks of beef. But, I really appreciate the info. This looks great. I think I will have to make it.

I found the recipe. Apparently, I need to pay more attention-Vietnamese Shaking Beef.

Hi , new here.
I had seen a recipe in The Chicken Bible book called 'Country Captain.' When I typed that into the search, myriads of other recipes came up instead. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
