I read the recipe for Chinese scallion bread, and its cooked in a skillet. can anyone give any suggestions if I want to bake it in the oven. I know the texture won't be same. I'm thinking I would bake in a cast iron skillet in the oven, but not sure about the temperature and time.

Thank you for your reply, I was thinking if this would be a great cinnamon bun ish bread texture if I bake them, also I'm looking for recipes for farmers market and I have to sell baked things, or I would've cook it the way its written in the recipe. I understand the texture would be very different if I bake them in the oven , especially to get the crust. but thank you again, I'll give it a try.
