Cooking with Chopsticks (Saibashi)

Chopsticks aren't just for eating—in Japan, chefs and street vendors alike use them to cook, too. Technically, they use extra-long specialty chopsticks called saibashi, which are specifically meant for cooking.

In this video, you can see a cook from a tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) stand at the Tsujiki Outer Market using saibashi to make the rolled omelet.
