Lawman Johnson is a recipe developer for Milk Street Kitchen. He was a senior photo test cook for America’s Test Kitchen and a cast member of the Cook’s Country TV show until 2025. He began working for America’s Test Kitchen in 2014, where he started as a test cook on the books team before moving to Cook’s Country. An alumni of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, he spent his “culinary wonder years” working in numerous suburban Boston area restaurants before developing and testing recipes.
