Elizabeth Mindreau
Elizabeth Mindreau is the Culinary Researcher at Milk Street. Her lifelong love of books, libraries and food gelled into a career in Food Media after earning a Masters in Gastronomy (Food Studies) at Boston University. Travel—as well as having family, friends and neighbors from around the world—feeds and informs Elizabeth’s curiosity about how and what people eat in different places, particularly in their homes. She uses the research skills developed at BU to provide information to the Editorial, Kitchen and Social Media teams as well as to answer cooking related questions sent in by Milk Street readers and viewers.
