Emailed Service to cancel subscription but received email stating membership dues

You can also manage your digital, print + digital, or Insider membership by logging into your account, located on the top right corner of the screen for both desktop and mobile users. While this may be the proper protocol, it doesn't work. I cancelled a month ago feeling all I was getting was sales pitches. The recipes are full of ads rendering them impossible to follow.
My membership is up in March, started last May and I received notification on Jan 31 that my subscription had been paid.
I received an email letting me know that my subscription was going to automatically renew and that I would need to contact you by December 12 if I wanted to change anything. The email contained a link to make changes or cancel. I wanted to cancel. I followed the link, logged in to my account. However, there was not option to cancel. I tried everything and nothing had an option to cancel so I sent a message via your "Contact Us" method with instructions to cancel. I then followed the directions above posted by Lynn C. When I tried, I got a message that there was an error and to try again.
I hope customer service follows through and cancels my subscription.
I’m having the same problem: every attempt to unsubscribe leads to a dead end. Very disappointed. I expected better. The magazine and show are excellent, but this isn’t in my budget now. I won’t renew again if I can’t stop when I need to.
Months and years later and this magazine continues to fraudulently stop people from ending their subscriptions. The subscription management website does not function or is unreachable and directly emailing Milkstreet receives zero response. Do not subscribe to this magazine.
We're in the process of moving our subscription order processing and customer service operations to a new facility. While we work to get everything fully set up, our ability to access and modify account and order information will be limited. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this transition.
